| Detailed Reason (s) for cessation | Mr Cheong Yew Meng ("Mr Cheong") had tendered his resignation as the Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of the Company to pursue other career opportunities. His last day of employment as CFO will be on 27 February 2023. During Mr Cheong's notice period, he will work closely with the Senior Management and the finance team to ensure an orderly and smooth transition. There are no concerns with regard to the Group's financial reporting nor disagreements on practices that will have a material impact on the Group's financial reporting that led to Mr Cheong's resignation. The Board records its appreciation to Mr Cheong for his dedication and contributions to the Group during his tenure of service. |
